Lightweight sensing - Pressure Sensor Array

Alpha is pleased to introduce Pressure Sensor Array - MMT1011：a thin, light and flexible matrix sensor with low actuation force 10g, offering a more precise lightweight sensing. The standard includes 110 cells (10x11). Each cell represents a force sensor itself and work simultaneously, allowing users to detect force (Z) and force distribution (X-Y) at the same time. Applications：

Pressure Sensing for Rolling Equipment:

Pressure Sensor Array can be used to sense the rolling pressure and pressure distribution to see whether the pressure is applied evenly or not, to ensure the manufacturing process and improve overall products quality.

Touch Panel with Low Actuation Force：

Unlike capacitive type of touch panels which may accidentally cause false triggering, resistive type of touch panels require a minimum actuation force 10g, therefore can prevent false triggering from happening.
